Brigitte Baumgartner Garcia works as a Co-Head of Compliance Product at Aibidia. She has an extensive experience in all aspects of international transfer pricing and general compliance. Brigitte has a legal background with two Masters in Law in International Tax and European Tax respectively, the journey into working with structured data has changed her whole perspective on processes compliance and analysis. At Aibidia, Brigitte is happy to share that transformation and focuses on helping MNEs to automate documentation, risk assessment, and value creation analysis. Often Brigitte attends customer meetings to share her knowledge and train clients. Brigitte has been a member of the transfer pricing expert group at the Joint Transfer Pricing Forum (JTPF) since 2015. She loves attending industry events and often speaks on digital transfer pricing at international conferences and workshops.

Tom Nuorivaara is the Head of Product Design and Co-Head of the Aibidia Platform Product, bringing over 15 years of experience in software development and digital product design. At Aibidia, he drives the design of cutting-edge tools that empower businesses to streamline and modernize their transfer pricing operations. Throughout his career, Tom has shaped digital products and services that combine intuitive design with practical solutions, making complex workflows simpler and more efficient.

With a background in Linguistics and AI, Felix den Heijer has been working at IBFD as a Data Scientist for almost two years now. His primary focus is enhancing the content discovery experience at IBFD; developing both search and Large Language Model (LLM) based applications.

Sharvari Kale is the Managing Principal of the Transfer Pricing and Specialist Knowledge Group at IBFD's Knowledge Centre, where she leads impactful research and strategic initiatives in transfer pricing and tax risk management. She has extensive experience in global tax policy, collaborating with several stakeholders such as multinationals, tax advisors, tax administrations and organizations such as the European Commission’s DG Tax Unit.

As an experienced tax researcher, author, editor and lecturer, she has delivered capacity-building programs for tax authorities across multiple regions, including Africa, Asia, and Europe as well as led large-scale projects to improve transfer pricing processes for tax administrations. Her prior roles include working with Ernst & Young in New York and TPA Global in Amsterdam, coupled with extensive international tax experience in India. Sharvari is a Chartered Accountant and holds an advanced LLM in International Tax Law from Leiden University, the Netherlands.
