Employee Spotlight: Meet Anastasia, Product Manager at Aibidia

3.10.2025

In this edition of our Employee Spotlight series, we’re excited to introduce you to Anastasia Levchenko, who joined us six months ago as a Product Manager. With a background spanning engineering, real estate, construction, beauty, and now SaaS and FinTech, Anastasia brings a unique perspective, growth mindset, and a passion for creating real impact.

From Engineering to Product Management

Tell us a bit about your background and what brought you to Aibidia.

I started my career in engineering and worked across different sectors, from real estate to construction to beauty. What always attracted me to roles was the opportunity to work on projects that have a tangible impact.

6 years ago, my career made a 180, and I leapt into the world of IT and SaaS, starting as a Customer Support representative. From there I steadily built my career, exploring new roles, learning new skills and ultimately growing into a product manager.

Prior to joining Aibidia, I wasn’t actively looking for change, but I felt it was time to challenge myself in new ways – to grow again and apply what I’d learned to a new context. That’s what brought me here!

My time here has felt a mix of excitement, anticipation and admittedly a healthy dose of imposter syndrome that helps drive me every day; there are always things to learn and new challenges to figure out.

Describe a typical day for you at Aibidia.

Like many roles in product management, my role strikes a balance between structure and spontaneity. Mornings often include a team stand-up, followed by deep work such as writing product specs or syncing with engineering.

Usually, afternoons are more collaborative; cross-team meetings, stakeholder check-ins and catching up on Slack! I enjoy the blend of focus and connection that makes up the role here.

What was the moment you knew you made the right decision in joining Aibidia?

Even though I was new (still in my first few weeks) the team encouraged me to share my initial perspectives on current processes and our ways of working. That early trust and respect for my opinion made me realise this is a place where people are empowered to drive change, no matter how long they’ve been here! It reminded me that starting fresh in a new role doesn’t mean I’m starting over, my experiences and opinion carry weight and this dynamic helped me feel confident in my new role.

What motivates you in your work?

I’m driven by seeing how our work improves customers lives, even in small ways. I’m constantly inspired by the people I work with. Being surrounded by smart, passionate people pushes me to be better every day... a massive shout out to my fellow PMs here at Aibidia!

What would you say to someone considering a career at Aibidia?

Making a career change is always a leap of faith, but I’m glad I took one. It reminded me that real growth starts when you step outside your comfort zone and the team here have been incredibly supportive.

If you’re considering a similar move, trust your gut, know your worth and be open to starting fresh. You might be surprised at what you find!

At Aibidia, we’re proud to have people like Anastasia shaping the future of our products and culture.

What youʼll learn inside the Aibidia report 2025

The rising cost of tax scrutiny
01

The rising cost of tax scrutiny

Heightened tax authority demands are driving up the time and money TP teams spend on audits. Companies with stronger documentation processes, centralised data, and proactive OTP practices are better positioned to contain both costs and risk.

02

The state of OTP maturity

Only 35% of companies have a well-defined OTP process, while 24% have none at all. Barriers to OTP maturity include poor data access, complex business models, and limited coordination between tax, finance, and IT.

03

The importance of structured data

With 72% of companies in fragmented data environments, the report shows how centralised data helps TP teams insource more processes, ensure consistent compliance, and handle audits more efficiently.

04

Technology and AI adoption in practice

42% of MNEs are investing in specialist software, reducing reliance on traditional tools. AI interest is steady rather than explosive, hinting that TP teams need clean, structured data before advanced analytics can add value.

Expert insights

Structured, reliable data is essential for executing a consistent, defensible transfer pricing strategy. Common barriers to structured data include siloed legacy source systems, unclear data ownership, and inconsistent definitions across entities and functions.

We see significant variation in OTP maturity across companies. In many cases, if existing processes appear to work, there’s less motivation to change. However, where we see this changing, is within MNEs that have faced increased scrutiny or operate with more complex structures.

While there are many challenges in accessing the right data for TP calculations and analysis, one of the most significant barriers to OTP adoption can be the misalignment of KPIs between Finance and Tax teams.

We’re seeing practical AI adoption in areas such as navigating country-specific documentation requirements, researching transfer pricing methods, comparing jurisdictional rules, and tracking global compliance timelines.
