Transfer pricing work shouldn’t be fragmented.
Yet for many tax and TP teams, transaction data, analysis, documentation, and review still happen across disconnected systems and manual processes. Information moves from spreadsheets to documents, logic becomes difficult to maintain, and issues are often discovered only after the work has already been done.
Today, we’re introducing three new capabilities in Aibidia: Transaction Management, Transaction Analytics, and the Master File Progressive Guided Workflow.
Together, they connect more of the transfer pricing workflow, from source transactions and analysis to audit-ready documentation, helping teams work from the same data, apply consistent logic, and make better decisions before submission.
1. Transaction Management: Build the business logic once
Preparing and transforming raw transaction data is still one of the most manual parts of transfer pricing.
Before a Local File can be created, raw transaction data is transformed through spreadsheets, manual business logic, and disconnected processes. That business logic is often rebuilt every reporting cycle and frequently depends on individual knowledge, making it difficult to maintain, scale, and hand over as teams change.
The new Transaction Management standardises the entire process inside the Aibidia compliance solution through a configurable workflow that teams can maintain themselves.
HOW IT WORKS
Teams can now upload raw intercompany transaction extracts from any source system. The platform validates the data, links it to legal entities, and enriches it with transfer pricing attributes through rule-based and end user configurable business logic, mapping transactions to TP policies, transaction types, and transaction objects.
Once enriched, transactions are aggregated to the analysis level and automatically stored in the platform, ready for Local File documentation.

WHAT CHANGES
Build the business logic once. Reuse it every year.
Instead of rebuilding business logic in spreadsheets every reporting cycle, teams manage it directly in the platform. The same logic can be reused year after year and updated whenever business or transfer pricing requirements change.
Maintain complete traceability end-to-end.
Every aggregated transaction included in a Local File can be traced back to its original source line items. When a tax authority asks where a figure came from, the answer is already in the system.
Built to scale.
For high volume, multi-source environments, this is the difference between a process that scales and one that depends on manual work. Teams with simpler requirements can continue using lightweight data ingestion options for readily prepared transaction data, with the flexibility to adopt the Transaction Management as their volume and complexity grow.

Transaction Management turns transaction preparation into a repeatable process that connects source data directly to the Local File.
2. Transaction Analytics: Identify issues before they reach the Local File
Every experienced transfer pricing practitioner knows the ritual.
Before a Local File is finalised, teams compare this year’s transactions against prior years, looking for missing transactions, unexpected changes, or values that don’t look right. Until now, those reconciliation checks have often been manual, performed late in the process, or skipped altogether.
The new Analytics capabilities bring that review directly into the Aibidia compliance solution.
Transaction Trends highlights material year over year changes in transaction values, while Transaction Reconciliation identifies mismatches between deliverer and recipient reported values. Five year visualisations make it easy to analyse trends by transaction type, transaction object, legal entity, deliverer, recipient, and other dimensions.

Identify issues before documentation is finalised.
Material changes, missing transactions, and reconciliation mismatches are surfaced while documentation is still being prepared, giving teams time to investigate and resolve issues before submission.
Validate the complete transfer pricing story.
Beyond transaction analysis, teams can validate whether Aibidia compliance solutions (TPDoc and CbCR) tell the same story. Configurable thresholds highlight outliers, while explanations can be documented proactively before questions arise.
Build better insight every year.
Because comparisons are based on historical data already stored in the platform, analysis becomes richer with every reporting cycle. Knowledge stays in the system instead of depending on whoever prepared last year’s documentation.

Transaction Analytics makes reconciliation part of the preparation process instead of a final manual check.
3. Master File Progressive Workflow: Guide the preparation from start to finish
Preparing a Master File is is as much about coordination as it is about writing.
The new Master File Progressive Workflow turns that coordination into a guided experience. Teams move through preparation in a logical sequence with clear navigation and progress tracking, while organisational structure, legal entities, and ownership information are surfaced exactly where they’re needed. A new document generation engine also delivers faster output with support for footnotes and contextual information.
WHAT CHANGES
Follow a guided workflow.
Move through Master File preparation in a clear sequence with shared visibility into progress, making the process easier to navigate for both new and experienced users.
Keep everyone working from the same context.
Relevant organisational data is surfaced where it’s is needed, reducing context switching and helping contributors and reviewers stay aligned throughout preparation.
Create richer, more flexible documentation.
A new document generation engine gives teams greater flexibility to combine narrative text, tables, footnotes, and contextual information while producing faster, high quality Master Files.

The result is a preparation process that’s easier to navigate, review, and repeat.
One connected transfer pricing workflow
Preparing transfer pricing documentation shouldn’t require moving between disconnected systems, rebuilding the same business logic every year, or discovering issues after the work is complete. With the latest launch, Aibidia brings those steps together in one connected workflow, from transaction preparation through to documentation.
